CCI Systems, Inc. careers

Over 1,200 people work at CCI Systems, and all of them own it: the company has been 100 percent employee-owned for more than 60 years. It builds and upgrades broadband networks, and the story starts with James Klungness and Charles Henry constructing a cable TV system in Iron Mountain, Michigan, growing to a ten-man crew before the company was formally organized in 1964. Klungness Electronic Supply, founded alongside it, still supplies hardware and equipment inside the group.
